On or about November 28, 2019, for the elevator, the employer's written respirable crystalline silica exposure control plan did not contain tasks involving exposure to respirable crystalline silica including, but not limited to cleaning frac sand from the boot pit and train belt tunnel which exposes employees to respirable crystalline silica.
