29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required and voluntary respirator use: a) Busch Products Inc., 110 Baker Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. On or about October 17, 2024, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees exposed to respirable crystalline silica. A Park Industries Titan machine operator was over exposed to silica. Employee exposure as reference in citation 1 item 3b. b) Busch Products Inc., 110 Baker Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. On or about October 17, 2024 the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees exposed to respirable crystalline silica. A stone polisher was over exposed to silica. Employee exposure as reference in citation 1 item 3b. c) Busch Products Inc., 110 Baker Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. On or about October 17, 2024 the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees exposed to respirable crystalline silica.
