29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: (a)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure employee were protected from chemical hazards in that, the employer did not ensure employees spraying Cal Prep 73 DB in the wash bays of the paint department wore appropriate personal protective equipment to protect employees from skin contact. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
