29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(1)(i): The employer did not establish records in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.102 and maintain an accurate medical record for each employee with occupational exposure: A.) On or about Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Terminal 8 (JFK Airport), Jamaica, NY 11430 The employer failed to establish and maintain accurate medical records for each employee having occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens while performing job duties such as but not limited too; the cleaning of aircraft cabins/lavatories and airport terminal restrooms.
