29 CFR 1910.146(k)(2)(iii): An employer whose employees have been designated to provide permit space rescue and emergency services shall train affected employees in basic first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The employer shall ensure that at least one member of the rescue team or service holding a current certification in first aid and CPR is available: On or about June 12, 2023, at a facility located at 4315 Transport Way in Weston, WI; the employer did not train affected employees in basic first aid and CPR. The employer did not ensure at least one person holding a current certification in first aid and CPR was available during truck tanker trailer entries.
