29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: Site- Employees working from a pump jack scaffold were not protected from a fall hazard and employees working from the ground were not protected from a struck by hazard where two Werner aluminum extension ladders were used as a work benches on the pump jack scaffolds and supporting boxs of building material approximately 16 off of the ground.
