29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i):29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that guardrails met the requirement that mid rails that are installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface. At the worksite located at N 1031 Topping Ave, Kansas City, Missouri 64120 employees were exposed to fall hazards when carrying out their daily work activities such as buy not limited to facility operations, maintenance, and housekeeping in the grain elevator. The employer did not ensure that the guard rail systems used by employees to cross over conveyor belt were complete with a mid-rails.
