29 CFR 1910.179(n)(4)(i):The upper limit switch of each hoist was not tried out under no load, at the beginning of each operator's shift. a) On or about October 23, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that the upper limit switch of each hoist, the Demac and Detroit hoists located on the overhead bridge cranes on the east and west side of the shop, were tried out under no load at the beginning of each operator's shift.
