29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training shall include at least the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area; On or about November 20, 2024, at the establishment located at 520 North Main Street Kewaunee, Wisconsin; the employer did not include the health hazards of chemicals in the work area for employees exposed to chromium (VI) when welding on stainless steel.
