29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about June 20, 2024, in bay 1 welding station, where the strain relief on a flexible cord used to power equipment was damaged. b) On or about June 20, 2024, in bay 2 welding station, where the strain relief on flexible cords used to power tools and equipment were damaged or missing.
