29 CFR 1910.146(k)(2)(i): An employer whose employees have been designated to provide permit space rescue and emergency services shall provide affected employees with the personal protective equipment (PPE) needed to conduct permit space rescues safely and train affected employees so they are proficient in the use of that PPE, at no cost to those employees: On or about June 12, 2023, at a facility located at 4315 Transport Way in Weston, WI; the employer did not train affected employees so they were proficient in the use of PPE provided for conducting permit space rescues safety.
