29 CFR 1910.252(c)(1)(iv): The employer did not include the potentially hazardous materials employed in fluxes, coatings, coverings, and filler metals, all of which are potentially used in welding and cutting, in the program established to comply with Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (sec. 1910.1200). (a) Welding Area, on February 28, 2023 and times prior thereto; the employer did have safety data sheets for chemicals including but not limited to welding rods, metallizing wire, iron fume, and manganese fume , and compressed gas. NOTE: Abatement certification required for this item.
