29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: a. In the service shop, at the RV maintenance area: On or about June 22, 2022, the employer exposed employees to respiratory and other health hazards, in that the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program that addressed the worksite-specific procedures, such as training on the use, maintenance and care of the respirator, even though employees were required to wear respirators while spraying chemicals inside and outside of RV trailers.
