29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: (a) Site: On the production floor, at Van Dorn 350 Ton Press #1019, in the facility at 100 Simplex Drive, Westminster, MA 01453: On 7/23/2019 employees were testing live circuits and were in direct contact with the open panel and employees were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed.
