29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(ii): Corrective glasses, goggles or other personal protective equipment were worn in a manner that interfered with the seal of the respirator facepiece: (a)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure an employee was protected from chemical hazard in that, the employee wore a head socks in a manner that interfered with the seal of the respirator facepiece. This condition exposed an employee to chemical hazards.
