29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2)(ii): The rope, wire, or chain was not rigged or supported in such a way that its lowest point (including sag) was not less than 34 inches (0.9 m) from the walking/working surface and its highest point no more than 39 inches (1.0 m) from the walking/working surface: A. On or about July 30, 2018, 11 Thompson Road, East Windsor, CT rooftop jobsite: The flagged rope in the work area was not appropriately supported: 1. On the parking lot side of the roof, the warning line sagged to 17 inches to the left of the debris chute. 2. On the Thompson Road side of the roof work area, the warning line sagged to 26.5 inches from the work surface.
