29 CFR 1910.177(d)(5): Current charts (rim manuals) containing instructions for the type of wheels being serviced were not available in the service area: On or about December 3, 2024, it was documented that employees engaged in wheel servicing activities in the maintenance department of Rail Modal Group, LLC located at 549 East County Road T, Freemont, Nebraska were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not make available in the service area current charts, rim manuals, and/or other information containing instructions for servicing 255 and 295 R275 tires on single-piece semi-truck rim wheels.
