29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often, if necessary: a) 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022: On or about February 28, 2024, an employee wore a full facepiece respirator with ammonia cartridges during maintenance and response activities involving anhydrous ammonia during an ammonia leak and had not received comprehensive annual training on respirator use. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
