29 CFR 1926.1429(b): Maintenance and repair personnel did not meet the definition of a qualified person with respect to the equipment and maintenance/repair tasks performed. On or about September 18, 2019, and times thereafter, the employer allowed employees who did not meet the definition of a qualified person with respect to the rough-terrain crane, to conduct maintenance and repair tasks. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
