29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used protective footwear when working in areas where there was a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet were exposed to electrical hazards: Russell T Bundy Associates, Inc. - Mansfield, OH: On or about February 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from foot injuries while performing smelting and pouring operations in that metatarsals and spats were not provided or used to protect the top of the foot from molten tin.
