29 CFR 1910.333(c)(8): Conductive articles of jewelry and clothing (such a watch bands, bracelets, rings, key chains, necklaces, metalized aprons, cloth with conductive thread, or metal headgear) were worn where they might have contacted exposed energized parts, and were not rendered nonconductive by covering, wrapping, or other insulating means. (a) Site: On the production floor, at Van Dorn 350 Ton Press #1019, in the facility at 100 Simplex Drive, Westminster, MA 01453: On 7/23/2019 an employee was testing live circuits and was in direct contact with the electrical components in an open panel and wore a conductive belt buckle which might have contacted exposed energized parts, and was not rendered nonconductive by covering, wrapping, or other insulating means.
