29 CFR 1910.262(c)(5): All guards and safety devices, including starting and stopping device were not properly maintained On or about February 19, 2019, and in times prior thereto, the pulley for the cutter system drive belt guard was not maintained, creating an amputation hazard to workers. This hazard was located at the Dornier weaving machine in area 3 of the production area.
