29 CFR 1926.1101(l)(2): Asbestos waste, scrap, debris, bags, containers, equipment, and contaminated clothing consigned for disposal was not collected and disposed of in sealed, labeled, impermeable bags or other closed, labeled, impermeable containers. a) Advanced Construction and Design Services, LLC: On or about April 11-12, 2018, at the jobsite located at 1650 W. Irving Park Rd. Chicago, Illinois, the employer did not ensure asbestos waste, scrap, debris, bags, containers, equipment, and contaminated clothing consigned for disposal was collected and disposed of in sealed, labeled, impermeable bags or other closed, labeled, impermeable containers. Employees were performing demolition work, including removal of thermal system insulation containing 18-35 % chrysotile asbestos.
