29 CFR 1910.146(k)(2)(ii): An employer whose employees have been designated to provide permit space rescue and emergency services were not provided with proper training to provide rescue services: a. On or about November 9, 2016, in the facility, employees were required to enter permit required confined spaces. Employees were required to perform rescue services but had not been provided training on rescue procedures, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with permit required confined spaces.
