29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above the floor or platform were not enclosed. a). Shelling Plant - On or about and times prior to February 9, 2016, the chain and sprocket wheel located on the rear of the Whole Shaker (secondary sheller) was not fully enclosed, thus exposing employees to a caught-in hazard. Great Southern Peanut, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.219(f)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962546, citation number 1, item number 19 and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 132 Fifth Street, Leesburg, GA 31763.
