29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a) On or about August 28, 2014, the employer had not trained employees on the hazards of the chemicals such as but not limited to: diammonium phosphate, diammonium sulfate, potassium chloride, urea, and lambda cyhalothorin technical. Employees were exposed to possible dermal, inhalation, and absorption hazards from exposure to the chemicals.
