29 CFR 1910.146(k)(1)(v): The employer who had designated rescue and emergency services in their permit required confined space entry program did not provide the selected rescue team or service with information and access to all permit spaces from which rescue could be necessary, so that the rescue service could develop a rescue plan and be familiarized with the hazards, tasks and required equipment for each permit required space identified if summoned to perform rescue operations. (a) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30 to May 1, 2013, the fire department that was selected to perform rescue and emergency services had not been permitted to develop a rescue plan and be familiarized with the hazards, tasks, and required equipment.
