29 CFR 1926.761(c)(3)(i): The employer did not assure that each employee had been provided training in the nature of hazards associated with work within a controlled decking zone(CDZ): Employees installing steel roof decking on a pole barn were exposed to fall hazards of up to 26 feet because the employer did not provide training to the employees on the nature of the hazards and work practices required by this section to work safely in the CDZ.
