29 CFR 1910.1027(i)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that contaminated protective clothing and equipment, when removed for laundering, cleaning, maintenance, or disposal, is placed and stored in sealed, impermeable bags or other closed, impermeable containers that are designed to prevent dispersion of cadmium dust. (a) AECOM - The employer did not assure that employees' contaminated clothing was disposed of in a closed container in the change room at the end of the work shift, on or about March 7, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
