29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4)(ii): The employer did not furnish and assure that employees used an in-line valve with pressure gauge or a presettable regulator when inflating tires on rim wheels: On or about September 24, 2024, it was documented that employees engaged in wheel servicing activities in the maintenance building of Rail Modal Group LLC located at 549 East County Road T, Fremont, Nebraska were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer did provide and/or ensure use of an in-line value with pressure gauge or a presettable regulator when servicing 255 and 295 R75 semi-truck tires on single-piece rim wheels.
