29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA Maintenance Area, 200 Towne Drive, Fayetteville, NY 13066 on or about June 14, 2024: Employees were exposed to energized parts of the Fenwal Automatic Ignition System Boiler (Catalog Number 35-662939-113, No. 199-M89) due to a missing cover. b) Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA Maintenance Area, 200 Towne Drive, Fayetteville, NY 13066 on or about June 14, 2024: Employees were exposed to energized parts of the Spectrum Series RBI Boiler System with a S8610U Honeywell Continuous Retry due to a missing cover. c) Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA Maintenance Area, 200 Towne Drive, Fayetteville, NY 13066 on or about June 14, 2024: Employees were exposed to energized parts of the RBI labeled boiler with a S8610U Honeywell Continuous Retry due to a missing cover. Abatement certification is required.
