29 CFR 1910.180(d)(6): Monthly, dated and signed inspection records and reports for truck crane(s) were not provided for critical items such as (but not limited to) brakes, crane hooks and ropes: a) Worksite, 12 Greene St. Catskill, NY 12414: On or about March 25, 2024, an employee was operating a Terex T780 80-ton truck crane to remove vegetation along the edge of a retaining wall. The employer did not inspect critical items in use such as brakes, crane hooks, and ropes, no such inspections were documented.
