29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about 2/22/2024, and at times prior, at 3500 SW 42nd Avenue, Palm City, Florida, employees were not fit tested prior to the required use of 3M half-face respirators while spraying paints and enamels, thus exposing them to chemical and silica inhalation hazards.
