29 CFR 1926.1204(d)(8): Employer did not provide rescue and emergency equipment needed to comply with paragraph (i) of this section: a) On or about February 13, 2024, and at times prior to, at 221 Cypress Way, Naples, FL 34110, employees assigned to perform plumbing work inside under-slab tunnels were exposed to suffocation hazards, and the employer did not provide rescue and emergency equipment to retrieve workers out of the confined spaces.
