29 CFR 1910.134(i)(4)(ii): Cylinders of purchased breathing air did not have a certificate of analysis from the supplier stating that the breathing air met the requirements for Grade D breathing air. a) 3008 Penns Valley Pike, Centre Hall, PA 16828 - On or about November 21, 2023, the employer did not maintain the certificate of analysis from the supplier of breathing air that states the air met Grade D breathing air requirements. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
