29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) 5105 DTC Parkway, Greenwood Village, CO 80111: On or about October 23, 2023, and at times prior, employees that were not covered by a written silica exposure control plan were exposed to respirable crystalline silica while cutting and cleaning joints in a concrete parking deck.
