29 CFR 1910.140(c)(13)(i): Anchorages were not capable of supporting at least 5000 pounds (22.2 kN) for each employee attached. (a) 3008 Penns Valley Road, Centre Hall, PA; Cold Storage - On or about December 7, 2023, employees worked in the racking to retrieve the pallet runner and clear jams ,30 feet above grade, without an adequate fall protection system, using cross bracing as the anchor point. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
