29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Each affected employee shall be instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. (a) On or about August 30, 2023, affected employees operating Rotational Molding Machines were not trained in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources and energy isolation control, exposing employees to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, gravitational energy sources and other hazards associated with the work being performed in the facility.
