29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) United Premium Foods, LLC./1 Amboy Avenue/Woodbridge, NJ 070955 - Sausage Room: The employer did not ensure that the AMFEC Vacuum Mixer Model #510, Serial #2012014, located in the Sausage Room, was adequately guarded to prevent parts of employees' bodies from reaching / entering into the point of operation, exposing them to crushing and/or amputation hazard from rotating mixing paddles. Hazard observed on or about on 07/28/2023.
