29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. On or about February 15, 2023, in a workplace located at 210 Maple Street, Denmark, WI in the Ariens Building; employees engaged in servicing and/or maintenance tasks, including but not limited to cleaning tasks that placed them within machine enclosures and/or past machine guarding were not trained in the appropriate energy isolating methods to be performed prior to initiating the task.
