29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii):The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) 401 Ogletown Road, Newark DE 19711 (Maintenance Area): On or about November 29, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees who use or exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Stampede heavy-duty floor finish (55-gallon drum) were not provided training in the hazard communication standard as required when a new hazard was introduced.
