29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: On or about October 12, 2022 the employer failed to provide training to ensure affected employees understood the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. Employees worked with operators on the Baka SawJet robots and were not familiar with the procedure or the electrical and high pressure water energy sources.
