29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Main Stock Room: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to a switch that has a missing cover plate which powered overhead lights for the elevator and Prestige Office, on or about August 30, 2022. b) Main Stock Room: Employees were exposed to shock hazards due to an outlet powering a portable floor fan that did not have a cover plate affixed, on or about August 30, 2022. Abatement certification required.
