29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At a worksite located at lot 1156 of the Woodland Trails residential development in Greenwood, Missouri, an employer exposed employees to electrocution and electric shock hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing the use of an electrical extension cord set that had damage from improper strain relief.
