29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a. In the service shop, at the RV maintenance area: On or about June 22, 2022, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program that addressed the worksite-specific procedures, such as but not limited to employee medical evaluations, for chemicals used while employees were required to wear respirators to spray chemicals inside and outside of RV trailers.
