29 CFR 1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Section 5.2.1: Labels - Labels applied by the gas supplier to identify the container contents shall not be defaced or removed by the user; Section 5.2.2 Color markings: The container color shall not be used as the primary method to identify its content. The primary identifier is the container label: A) Zekelman Industries, Inc., at the address of 1 Council Street, Wheatland, PA. On or about March 25, 2022 and times prior thereto: The label on orange/rust colored compressed gas cylinder was torn/defaced. The placard identification portion of the label on the compressed gas cylinder was not discernable.
