The chemical manufacturer or importer preparing the safety data sheet did not ensure that all health hazards for each ingredient was listed and identified within Section 2, Hazard identification of the safety data sheet. On or about February 9, 2022 and at times prior, at the establishment, the brown aluminum oxide safety data sheet prepared by the employer, at section 2, did not list any health hazards and contained hazards chemicals including but not limited to aluminum oxide (irritant), titanium dioxide (irritant, suspect carcinogen), and nickel (irritant, skin sensitizer, suspect carcinogen). This exposed employees to the hazards of chemicals.
