29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A):Retraining was not provided for authorized and affected employees when there was a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment or processes that presented a new hazard, or when there was a change in the energy control procedures: On or about December 9, 2021, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, employees who worked at multiple jobsite locations and assignments where they were required to perform energy control procedures were not re-trained in the recognized hazards/procedures nor provided and trained with the changes in any of the host employers energy control procedures for each location.
