29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: a) Brilliant Building & Design LLC worksite located at 98 US Highway 46, Budd Lake, NJ Employees were performing framing operations on a 2 level supported scaffold with missing cross braces exposing employees to an approximately 14 ft. fall to the asphalt below. Violation occurred on or about 07/15/2021.
