29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question. a) At or near 425 11th Ave., Paterson NJ - Exterior of Building - Front - Dumpster: Employees that were erecting and disassembling a scaffold had not been trained by a competent person in subjects including but not limited to: nature of fall hazards, correct procedures to erect and disassemble scaffolds, maximum intended load capacity and any other pertinent requirement of scaffold standard , on or about 03/05/21.
